**LAY- BY TERMS & CONDITIONS** We now offer a Lay-By option to our online Clients as well. FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE: LAY-BY TERMS: 1) Pick the items you want 2) Check Out 3) In the Comment Box Provide you ID number in the LAY-BY FIELD provided. 4) You will receive an e-mail with your order and our banking details 5) Make 20% payment and use your order number as reference every time you make payment 6) We will e-mail a Lay-By Receipt to confirm the Lay-By GENERAL LAY-BY TERMS: - First payment = 20% - 2 months to pay Lay-By off REFUND ON LAY-BY ITEMS: 1) Should you at any time request a refund during the Lay-By period, a 20% admin fee on the amount of the item placed on Lay-By will be charged AVAILABILITY OF STOCK FOR LAY-BY: 1) Once you have made full payment, we will advise you of the lead time for processing and manufacturing of the product. PRICE INCREASES FOR LAY-BY ITEMS: 1) Should our suppliers advise us of possible price increase, we will then notify you of same at least 1 month before the price increase is effective to give you time to either:- 1.1) settle the balance in full before the price increase becomes effective, or if not possible, then:- 1.2) we will forward you our amended invoice reflecting the new balance of your account. **RETURNS & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS** PRODUCT PURCHASES:- 1) Should the product not fit correctly due to being too small or too big, then you are welcome to return the item in its original state within 7 days of purchase for a different size or voucher. Due to our products being made to order no cash refunds will be made. 2) Courier costs both ways for any replacement will be for clients account. Please see below for further information on how to return an item:-. 1) UN-RETURNABLE GOODS Item that has been visibly worn for an extended period, cannot be returned. 2) RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the product size is not correct then you may return the item in their new, factory condition within 7 days of delivery for a replacement order of voucher. Please see below for information in how to return an item, how to package the return and how we process your refund. 3) INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED We do our best to ensure that the product information, availability, purchase price and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on our site. However, should we accidentally deliver the wrong item to you: 3.1) Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels. 3.2) Notify us immediately and we will arrange for collection of the product from you at no charge. 3.3) We will at your choosing, deliver the correct item to you as soon as possible; or send you a voucher for he purchase price of the product. 4) GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED If you goods arrived damaged, then we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 7 days (the sooner the better). We will require the following information to assess where in the delivery process the damage may have occurred. 4.1) Photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a fragile sticker on it or not) 4.2) Photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging; and 4.3) Photograph of the damaged item. If necessary we will arrange for collection of the product form you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product or photographs and validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference: *replace the item (if available); or *issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product 5) HOW TO PACKAGE AN ITEM YOU WANT TO RETURN The returning product must be packed, in its original packaging, in another box with as much padding and protective packaging as possible so that it can travel safely back to us. Returns that are sent back otherwise will have a 10% repackaging fee levied against them. If the returning product has not been packaged properly and is damaged, then we simply cannot give you a refund. It is your responsibility to package the item correctly. 6) HOW TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND 6.1. Returns within 30 days:- You will be offered a voucher or a product exchange 6.2. Damaged goods:- You will be offered a voucher or a product exchange 6.3 Goods purchased with vouchers or gift cards We will either reinstate the used gift voucher or issue you with a new one.
